Canvas Governance Group

Charge

Guide the execution of objectives, methods, and priorities set by TLT on the Canvas migration and to continue this work post-Program. The CGG is composed of key academic technology stakeholders at each Harvard school migrating to Canvas as well as a library representative.

To fulfill this charge, the Canvas Governance Group member will:

  • Share School Canvas issues, priorities, and needs with HUIT and each other
  • Provide School input on HUIT Canvas priorities / roadmap
  • Communicate HUIT Canvas priorities to Schools
  • Share Canvas migration and support ideas and experiences with HUIT and each other

The Committee meets on a monthly basis through June 2016, with an expected time commitment of about 1-2 hours per month. Meeting regularity post-Program to be determined at a later date.
